nomad i read that and cried..... its so true... we never learn from our mistakes and we know how much love hurts but still go love time and time again....

Nows not the time to be thinking of this anyway. Its a process, it takes time. That doesnt help I know, but its all part of what will become you. When we suffer, we stretch and grow. When we feel pain it allows our love to reach further the next go round because you will have the wisdom of this lesson to guide you. Its a process......a long one.

yer i know. but right now i really dont want to be going thro all this. i am really sick and have been for over 2 weeks and its tiring me out.. making it all worse. i think ill just sleep more it will help

Then sleep for now but dont use it as a crutch to avoid dealing with this. Im not meaning to be hard but Ive been through it and I understand. In the morning get up and take a shower and get out of the house for an hour or two. Talk with the ones that love you and let them help. Eat !
