Dylan gig in Dublin!

Post by Galbally »

Bob Dylan did a great show here in Ireland last night (saturday 27th nov), was up in Dublin seeing him. Ended up staying up till 8.30am as it was my friends stag before his wedding and so well, you know! But Dylan was great, he was in good form, and even did 2 encores! Its my first time seeing the main man, and I can say that I was very happily surprised at how good he still is!

Yeah, he had a great band with him, lots of top American blues players from Chicago, new orleans, and a great slide player from Nashville I think. He did a lot of old classics, specially stuff from Blonde on Blonde and Highway 61 Revisited. Everyone here was very impressed with the old boy, and we take our music very seiously, he certainly hasn't lost it.
