Admin Fees And General Waste of $$

This is my thread on just how *&)(ing stupid big corporations are.....

1) on my list, our local telephone company no names please but TELUS!!! sends me my phone bill every month in the mail. I have the following service package, a telephone. Yep I pay a flat rate for my local service, and here in the americas, local service means I pay x dollars to call inside this range without any long distance calls. I do NOT have any caller id, voice mail, *69 (which is the service where I can dial this and find out the last call I missed. Nothing nada, a simple telephone for local calls HOWEVER!!!! I am billed every month $4.00 by TELUS (yeah that is their real name) for..... now get this are you ready.... "long distance admin fees" Lovely my entire telephone history shows I NEVER make LD calls ever ever ever amen..... so I call and ask why the fee for squat, because that is a standard fee everyone is charged, bullshit I say, you can't admin fee me for a service I don't use, never used, and never intend to use, if anything you better charge me for assult as I am about to go down to TELUS and choke someone. For months I have asked to stop this charge, they won't I am at my wits end.

UPS you wanna know why it cost millions to send out a package, admin cost yeah well they have to admin fee us to death cause with every invoice the send ya, they include a piece of paper with just my address on it for the stupid envelope because nobody there has figured how to fold the invoice so the address on the invoice shows through the window of the envelope Lord give me strength cause I got another one.

Companies that send invoices one at a time, yep got 3 today all same date, separate envelopes and stamps yeah that is brilliant budgeting how many people receive 3-6 invoices in 3-6 envelopes daily yeah good stuff.
