I'm getting the best XMas present ever!

I'm getting my brother's kidney on December 23rd!:D

We'll be in the hospital over Christmas, but this means we won't have to cook, clean or go to any holiday parties, and people will bring us food, so it seems like a win-win situation.

Not diabetic, just have a primary kidney disease.

They keep trying to tell me in detail what they're going to do and I keep clapping my hands over my ears and singing "la la la la" as loud as I can. It's frighteningly icky stuff!

Right--seems these days they want to tell you everything even when you don't want to know. Recently I had to tell a dentist to put the drawings down and get to work!!!!!! I said it nicely.

Be strong action, and things will come through for you and your brother. With so many people praying for you, it just HAS to be a success!! Do everything they tell you and no eating after midnite! Will be thinking of you.
