Let me tell you how much I hate mondays

I had to run home at lunch for something I forgot and when I got home there greeting me in the mail..... a photo radar speeding ticket. Bah humbug to monday.

However, I am going to take this one to court, the photo gives NO clear image of my licence plate number. So let us see what a judge has to say to that.

If there was no clear image of your license plate, how did they come to send the ticket to you?

zactly my question. I guess they guy could read my plate, but his cam didn't get a clear picture of it. Must have been me going zooming so fast it was a blur ahahahaha. Well that will be my complaint to the judge....there is no clear evidence to me, that this is me.

Haha I dont mean to put a downer on it but yeah I often hate getting up om a monday after a nice relaxing weekend, especially when its cold and dark. Its not natural to get up when its still dark

I say that daily, I cry foul about having to get up in the cold and dark, gosh come summer I spring out of bed on a monday when the sun is up birds are chirping etc.

We have so many speed cameras where i live in Sussex that driving is a nightmare. They also put up mobile units in laybys. I got caught twice in 11 months after a clean license for 30 years...gutting...you have my sympathies...

this was my second photo radar in my 25 year driving life

only 2 traffic violations ever. I am so sad. But likely worth the fight next year, my date for court is Feb 17.

Ummm if I were wanting the ticket yeah. As to is it my car, I can't honestly tell if it is mine or not the pic is that bad. I drive a 2005 silver Toyota Corolla CE along with a gajillion others here in the city. The photo is black and white, it was night, it was snowing. I can't say it was me or not. No distinguising features as in plate holder, or decals. Hell you can't even read on the back that it was a corolla for that matter. The pic is that lousy. Was I there that date and time, honestly I can't recall exactly.

Isn't there stuff you can spray on your license plate so they can't read your number too?

Go ahead minksy but it aint gonna change my day. Im off (tomorrow too) its snowing, the aroma of peach gingerbread cake is drifting through the house. the house is clean, got the oil changed, I look and smell good, life is grand baby !

yeah but I would have to have the entire back of my car sprayed with it for the pic to look this cruddy.

that is my hopes to Valerie luck hehehe I have no clue what my chances are. However upon reading into this further, I see now where I can go and view the original photo at the police service ticket control unit, hmmmm now I see I may be in for it.

Here are the small printed words on the bottom of my pic

Take in a picture of you at the beach, and put in the same date!

They stopped citations by photo here for awhile, it is a court case I think. I always look upt to see if there is a camera at the light, not like I speed or anything..................

Only ticket I ever got was when I was 16, and I took it to court and won. Took all my friends with me to see it, and my mom too. The judge agreed with me, and called my mother up to talk with him after the case. She flirted with the j

udgie-poo. I was mortified! He told her to take my car keys away for 2 weeks anyway! And she did!
