I just tried to post some fishing photos in the photo section but they didn't work. I have to host from photobucket as I am on my phone.

What say you?just start a thread of your own in photos, there's no reason it wouldn't work. was that caught in new england? i have fished and spearfished the keys for years, now there's some big game in the stream! ever been keys fishing? try again to do a fishing thread, you should be ok.:-6 here....Photography

Ok...thank you.

That fish was caught here in SC while fishing for Tarpon. When the poons migrate this way they feed on the schools of menhaden on there way up and the sea going ocean mullet when they head back down. The water is murky and the tarpon are mainly in the surf. A bycatch for fishing for them is bonnet head sharks like this one, black tip sharks, and in certain areas big red drum.

And of course stingrays.

Yes I have fished and dove the keys many times. I love it down there. Caught my first Bonefish there.

I am seriously posting from a phone so I may have to cut and paste a lot of image text at one time. Is that against the rules here?

I was just about to post but the email notification caught me.not an email from me! but if the margins are blown excessively admin really prefers thumbnails. damn bonefish do put up a battle...watch for nervous water and cast just right, it's a real skill.
