1. Block off the state and allow thousands to die of the plague.
2. Cauterize the area around the city and the city itself with an atomic bomb.
In the first, you indirectly kill thousands.
In the second, you directly kill hundreds.
Which would you choose?
Probably the first. The atomic bomb would probably kill more in the long run by destroying good soil and putting toxins and carcinogens in the air.

Would you take all the responsibility yourself, even if it means prison time, or try to put the responsibility on the subcontractors? The subcontractors! One person can't watch every single detail. That's insane.

Yes, but not without putting my business card with my insurance information under their windshield wiper.

I asked this question before to someone else, though you may have a less impossible chance of answering it. Why is it always now?

In response to Gallbally's questions:
I asked this question before to someone else, though you may have a less impossible chance of answering it. Why is it always now? Because if it were always tomorrow, I'd have to do all the stuff I've been putting off!

What is an "EU capital"???
Who is the prime minister of India? Manmohan Singh
How far in miles (approx) is the nearest star to the sun? Technically the sun IS a star
Why is Edward Gibbon famous? He's an English historian
Who decalared war on who first during WW II, the U.S. or Germany? I believe the U.S. declared war first?
In the equation E=MC sqaured (no exponents on this thing) what do the E the M and the C represent? Well, technically the expanded equation is deltaE=deltaMCsquared. The change in energy equals the change in mass times the speed of light squared. Technically you can solve for "c" by using Mx=ML, if you set up an experiment using a cylinder and a beam of light and calculating their movements. Also useful in determining how much energy will be released during nuclear fission. Or for getting a "C" on a Chemistry test, in my case.
Where were the 1972 Olympics held? I don't know, I wasn't born yet!
Who was the inventor of television? Did you know that Bill Watterson once implied that televison---and not religion, as Karl Marx has often specified---is the real opiate of the masses? Makes sense.
Nomad, you should be the one answering these by the way, ye cheeky bugger!
Nomad IS a cheeky bugger, but I doubt he would give these questions the---er---"serious" consideration they deserve : )
