There's nothing i like more at xmas than watching friends & families faces when they open their gifts.

I try my best to put a lot of thought into my pressies and i much prefer to give than receive :o

am a giver too I always labor over gifts making sure they match the receiver, love to watch them open them too and love knowing they liked the choice I made.

I can't afford liposuction.

But you are allowed your feelings, it doesn't make you bad. Your feelings get hurt.

This is going to sound strange BUT I am a giver when it comes to my emotions and the way I feel about people. I have never given much credence in the cost of a gift or which high dollar store it came from. I so much prefer something thoughtful. One year my Mom paid off a dental bill I had.........I cried. One year my daughter gave me a comfy blanky for the couch.......I cried. Then there was the year I got pictures from my Grandma of HER family...I cried. I much prefer an "I love you" on the phone than anyone spending money on a gift.

Oh yes, NV. My brother fed exed me a package yesterday, with all the old family photos in it. So I would not be lonely being away from the family this year. That was one of the nicest gifts I have ever received.
