Sojo...i would like to post an animated 'banner' occasionally...(sorry to be a copycat). I have found some sites on the web that let you create them for free and then save them on you own 'puty'. What I can't do is paste/copy them into my posts....the option is not 'live' when I 'right click'

I thought I could create on my own computer but it was easy on the web...lots of choice.
