I will be buying tupperware containers today and organizing the hall closet. Id like to label them but markers seem less than adequate. Stickers would be great but I might have to print and tape something neatly and exactly centered to the inside, pictures perhaps. Label makers are another thought, Ill have to do some research. Ill get back to you guys and give you an update on my progress. Every 2 hrs ok ? I dont want to bore you but I dont want to leave you hanging either. Its a fine line isnt it ?

Markers are messy Nomad....printed labels are far more professional. Dymo thingys are good.

2 hours is a long time in Nomadshire....see you later....how fine is the line by the way ?

Is this a Nomadistic thread ???

I find it is neccesary to arrange ones nether garments in a suitable and orderly manner so as to avoid innapropriate fashion faux pas, due to dressing in the dark. A perrenial problem witnessed by myself on the early morning commuter train. Good God, I cannot stress the negative impact of white socks and a dark suit

Oh yuck....and black socks and sandals....Why ????

I am concerned that you are dressing in the dark Arnold....have you run out of candles in you lovely cottage ?...or wicks in your oil lamps maybe ?

Nonsense naysayer ! Its a long arduous process that requires a combination of diligent nagging, guilt, some frustration then finally resignation. On top of that I have to actually drive to the store to purchase the tupperware, obsess on the labeling debaucle, resulting in the culmination of all of these combined efforts to achieve my goal. These things dont just grow on trees ya know. GOD !

Yeh...he'll have to learn the 'balancing' technique when he starts stacking all that tupperware stuff. ....also to learn to keep focussing when that sanitising solution gets inhaled...

Im shocked at you all!

Here I'll give you an example of what works...

One day Vicky Mae tells me the snack drawer is all jumbled and theres not enough room can I fix it up? OK fine permission to enter her kitchen and work my magic have never been given before!

I take the drawer out.... go to my garage, take 2 liter bottles and cut them down to size... fill the drawer with them, making small cubby holes for each kind of snack... refill them and Yeehaw! Masterfully organized!

My sons have legos... and he is a very organized kid, he'd seperate his legos by size, color, shape, type of piece, even accessories and people were seperated out... ahah! how to organize all those pieces! The amazing and wonderful 2 liter bottle! I taped 16 of them together, cut them down so they would slide under his bed... and he seperated his legos in them, as he got more and needed nor space, we taped more to the group! ! Tadah!

Now in my shop I use plastic bottles too, clear ones from water bottles, I cut the tops off and tape them together for screws and whatnots... ya gotta have yer whatnots when you need them and they must be handy!....

I also sew canvas bags to fit equipment in, and with velcro you can get just about any thing covered and carry-able!

Ok now IM NOT ANAL! I just like things in order! :-5

What a fine example you are Far....NOMAD...you listening ???

Far's methods are unsound. Plastic soda bottles ? Get real baby ! Uneven edges, label residue, uh uh not for me. Everything has to be symmetrically lined up perpendicular to all edges, no gaps and asthetically <---??? pleasing. Preferably color coordinated in like colors. Same height, width, depth, no errors !

Well thats why I use the bottle cutter I invented... you knucklehead... it heats the edge and flattens it, as for the labels they com off without residue because the citrus cleaner I invented washes them off in seconds.

And I gorup them taped in fours first, so it makes evenly squared pieces.

Im sure your "methods work for you, but tape ? What kind of tape ? Masking yellows and becomes brittle. Duct ? Tell me there are no wrinkles....and did the ends line up exactly ? NO ! Cant be done ! Besides theyre flimsy, you need shop help man ! :D
