Hey Snoozie..
A coffee press doesn't make expresso.. but does make a nice strong cup of coffee, flavorfull but not bitter.. usually I use a real dark coffee... like a french roast when I make it in mine..
Does anyone use a French press?

I use a caffetiere, it does'nt make espresso though, you'd have to have one of these.......

I have now an espresso maker complete with steamer for making cappuccino. Oooh the smell of good coffee is such a delight.
Someone must tell me what the taste of "Western" coffee is , you know the stuff cowboys boil up on the campfire for hours on end
I have used these for years (as you know my kind of schedule) and they work great (you can use an espresso grind) but they do make a very good cup of coffee, however I got me this cute little stainless steel coffee percolator for the top of the stove and I am into good old fashioned percolated coffee and man it taste sooo good, especially with all the choices of coffee that are out there these days, my favorite at the moment is this Italian coffee.:yh_battin
