I have the same problem A LOT. I right click on it and hit "refresh picture with full quality". It usually works for a while then. Don't know if this will help you, since I don't use netscape. Also, what Windows are you running?
Hi Peg.. it is windows XP. This is the third computer I have set up in a week - the other 2 had no problems... but this one has no animations - the only difference from the other 2 is the monitor.

Thanks Peg. I am OK.
My brother-in-law met with an accident and was admitted in the hospital. I was attending on him. With God's grace, now he is OK and staisfactorily progressing at home.
Check your internet settings in TOOLS internet options ADVANCED.. MULTIMEDIA make sure everything is checked. Then go to security settings, then internet custom, check the settings there. I basically have everything enabled.
Have you check for WINDOWS UPDATES... ??? MAYBE SOMETHING YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD..??
Most thing are PLUG AND PLAY with WINDOWS XP...You could alway take the monitor, plug it into another computer and see if you have the same problem.. If you do then it a Monitor setting, if you don't it may just be your graphics card on the computer you want it attached to. CHECK YOUR GRAPHICS CARD SETTINGS FOR UPDATES..AS WELL..
It may also be your firewall??? are you using SP2, if so turn off the firewill.
Also it maybe be a setting for that specific monitor.. go into your control panel and check your display settings.
HOPE IT WORKS SOON..
ALOHA!!
