Kid movies

Post by A Karenina »

(laughing) I'm too old to have had the option of watching a movie every day as a kid! We didn't have VCRs or DVDs then. We went to the movies once a month or so as a family event.

I do remember watching The Wonderful World of Disney on Sunday evenings. I always looked forward to that. :)

When my son was 3-4 years old, he had to watch Bambi every day. He'd lay on the couch with his favorite blanket, and he'd fall asleep before Bambi's mom got shot. He watched it so many times that the tape finally broke, yet he never knew the middle part. (grin).
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

This will crack you up..... I think

When I was a kid we had something called MILLION DOLLAR MOVIE

The same movie ran for one week.. Twice a day.

I loved all of the Fred Astaire, Ginger Rodgers movies. Also James Cagney.

It was great if you were home sick from school... You could just lay there all day....................................................................................................................

With two red lollipops to suck on, in the shape of a heart, that my mom left me.
