The Yorkshire ripper (Peter Sutcliffe) was let out of prison this week to visit the place where his fathers ashes were scattered.

I see all the red tops had a field day with this but I don't see it as any big thing. It does of course raise the thorny old Death Penalty issue yet again. Interestingly there was a documentary on one of the sattelite channels last night and it showed how lucky they were to catch him when they did

He was extremely fortunate to get out for a bit? He killed 13 women although his photo he looks handsome? In 1981 we had a serial killer here (Michael Ross) who is waiting to be put to sleep. I rode the school bus with him and he chased me down the road in the early 80's, i should not be here...talk to you later...
