We found out on monday that the car we bought in december, from a dealership,
was a wrecked vehicle and the warranty is void??!
The managers "haven't been in" the last 2 days, so I'm going to try one more time tomorrow morning and that'll be their last chance.
Thanks for any help/advice, Sunny
So what would you do???
So what would you do???
When you bought the car was there any mention of any warranty?
So what would you do???
Perhaps a letter from your local District Attorney's office?
So what would you do???

If you get the runaround contact your congressman. It works. They will put you with the right people. Ive done this a couple of times and the response was overwhelming, in fact I wasnt moving fast enough for them.

It appears that Texas has a "Lemon Law" that protects buyers that purchase vehicles with defects. http://www.dot.state.tx.us/mvd/lemon/statute.htm

There's got to be some kind of full disclosure law in your area.
If all else fails, find the manager's home address and return the car.

Yep, we were told it was a dealer car or whatever it's called, it's an '05 with 12k miles on it so we would've had the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty! Oh well.
Strange that you can't even trust a major car dealer though!
