Did I see where someone asked another member what he wears under his kilt. I think I found out.... Could this maybe be him? :yh_wink

If it was I'm not offended. The kilt must seem strange and I'm only too aware that our national dress can be something of a curiosity to some, and whats not worn underneath it , a bewilderment to others. I can see the funny side of it...sure

What you're looking at (apart from the bare butt :p ) ....*if I'm not mistaken* Is the Black Watch {very old and famous regiment}cadets laying wreaths on Rememberance Day like Memorial day in the US. ....his mum would be proud, no doub't his girlfriend ....but more importantly , his Sgt, because the wearing of any undergarments is forbidden.

Leave it where it is....I'm sure the others wouldn't be offended either ;)

Thank you Clancy, I was only referring to an earlier thread when someone asked what you wore under your kilts. I was not disrespecting the tradition. I find it somewhat stimulating. ;) All joking aside, I fully respect the traditions of other countries and love seeing them in action, and am facinated with some of them. I get goose bumps when watching them.

Now here's an interesting set of threads - I thought in these moderated probably northern hemisphere forums ya strictly hadta keep yer clothes on. Or ya got goosebumps! Of course in Australia it's summer - but then the blokes don't normally wear kilts here anyway. Which brings me to bagpipes - pam stops typing briefly as a mark of respect - I like bagpipes a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Hey, I didn't do a thing, and I've suddenly acquired an aussie flag in my profile - wow - I'd prefer Matilda the Boxing Kangaroo, though!)

The correct response to a bloke's inquiry as to "what d'ya wear under that kilt" is "yer wife's lipstick".

I'll be lookin out for you on Manly Beach, Scotty!! Richard - that response reminds me of the proper reply to what yer average aussie goddess wears to bed. (Will the Moderator come and spank me for this post???) Chanel Gumleaf No 5.
