Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

Post by minks »

I rented this piece of junk this weekend. The vid store people said they had to keep this DVD behind the counters as it was always stolen... OMG it was pure junk. Don't waste your time.

Two loaded drug addicts take on the world in their own poisoned minds, veiled by a warped haze of weirdness.

Pity Johnny Depp was in it. I like him but this was utter trash. I must be old.

Should have rented Leaving Las Vegas. Also on a Vegas theme, Very Bad Things is a good laugh

I would have to agree with ya there. Blow was cool I thought. Heck look back further to Edward scissors hands that was odd.

But hey he has looks, oh yeah and talent hehehehe

I read the book back in the early 80s during my rebel years. Most of those days are just a haze now, except for my acid experiences; those are still pretty vivid. I rented the movie a few months ago. It's one of those things where you had to have been there to appreciate it. :wah:

During the mating season, the male chipmunk will try to impress the female by foraging for food and leaving it in an elaborate display at the entrance to her burrow.

They like to show off their nuts.
