Yes another 'newbie'

Hi to everyone, it is like starting at a new school or job, everyone knows each other and you are trying to remember names and who is who ...... well I didn't manage it at school and no doubt I won't on here either. Having read the above messages you are all very busy and very talented people, I alas do not fall into those categories, I live in a beautiful part of rural Victoria known as Gippsland. This has green hills and paddocks, mainly dairy farming and a few hobby farms. I have one acre and am surrounded by nothing but hills and grass - I love living here, I love my garden, the native birds which I feed, the freedom of no one around is magic.

My partner is disabled due to a car accident in 1998 and we now live on pensions and have had to alter our lifestyle quite a bit over the past years. My nearest town is 30 km's away and I am the only driver now .... my weight has become a problem for me, it keeps increasing and although I do not eat large amounts I do not exercise either.

I am hoping that having found this wonderful forum I will also find the will to start and keep going, so please be patient with me until I can start reporting some eating improvements and hopefully some weight loss as well.

Take care and God Bless

Hi Sher, first off the above poster ? Chris 72 BKU......hes not a devil by nature. I dont know why he thinks that.

Satan is evil and wicked and he burns peoples heads and flesh. Chris 32 HUF doesnt do that to my knowledge. I dont know maybe hes just in a funk or a transitional phase, hard to tell. Anyhoo if he starts going all Oooh "Im the devil on you" Ill see what I can do.

I have to go to work now ok ?
