the damn illegal aliens are blasting their awful music. it's 0900 sunday morning. i am so tired and upset. i guess i have to call out a couple more cruisers. what do you do with garbage like this?

i just called my own SO for the 6th time on these people. i've been over there in my uniform, they know i'm a cop, they are all illegals, and i can't do a damn thing about it.

i did call INS recently. the gentleman i spoke to said it would take a year to get them in court, and they'd be long gone.

He wasn't working, I was getting mad.

so they arrived at the place where I'd moved, about 2 miles away, and the woman who I was moving in with was obese. And she was.. well, unattrative. She had just had one of those stomach stapling operations. And she had not lost much weight yet. Nevertheless, this illegal alien proceeded to approach her and do the same number on her he had just tried on me, but got no results from me but dirty looks. Excpt this time, i guess since she was so large, he thought he had a good target, as maybe she was desperate. She was not very amused either. But this time he got very aggressive. Maybe the other guy was giving him coaching lessons, I do not know.

He did almost no work there. then they overcharged me by $100, So i gave him a check for the $100 and cash for the rest. I was so mad! So when the company came after me for the $100 for the check I stopped payment on, I told them all about their illegal alien. And what i was gonna do to that company. I called the Immigration and naturalization in San Francisco and reported them, as I had all of their info. Then I called the Better Business Bureau and started a claim, and wrote them a long letter including all of the details of the illegal alien's shenanigans.

The company never went after me for the $100. They dropped it.

Then.....in the new place, there were a family of them livign across the street. They'd have loud parties playing that Tijuana crap that sounds like trash cans being banged together. I had pms and could not put up with it on one Sunday night at 9:30 p.m. I was so loud, and they had a tribe of kids running around wild in their front yard too. So I called the cops from my bedroom phone. They showed up in 5 minutes, 2 patrol cars. They were there talking to them for about 1/2 hour. Then they left after the music turned down. But then about 10 minutes later, those wetbacks were so mad, that they got into their wetback cars and burned rubber up and down in front of the house and left.

Needles to say, I live somewhere else now. No wetbacks around here.:-5

I had a good mechanic who happens to employ all Mexican illegals. They get deported and he gets a new one, every now and then. I am sure he pays them under the table and he makes a lot of money as his shop is is a very busy place. He owns a huge home in a very upscale neighborhood.

They screw up ppl's cars too. And they come on to me. One day one of them actually proposed to me in my car while we were test driving it. I lauged a little. He did just about the same thing the movers did,... asked me a lot of personal questions in very broken English. "you have trouble at home?". (Why do they think I have trouble at home?) And also "I just watch t.v. on weekends, noting else". And "what you do on weekend?" and then when I did not answer he just said "I need to get married, I never want to go back to Mexico, ever". Then I said "oh so you are looking for a wife?" He said "just about". About a week later I called my mechanic and told him what the guy did. My mechanic lied and said "Hmmmmm that's interesting", Then i said "No it's not!" And he said "well he's married to a girl from over here". A huge lie. Because about 4 months later he told me he'd had to "get the hell out of dodge". And I asked him if he had been sent back to Mexico, the mechanic just said "he's a good guy". I never saw that guy again, but he was not deported because of me. I bet he commited a crime.

So then another one of his mechanics started coming onto me. But he was not so desperate about it. He'd just wait till my mechanic was nowhere near and then come into the lobby area and just stare at me from behind the counter. Or he'd walk over to me when I'd get out of my car and say "hello seniorita, you look nice today". I'm a friendly person and I'd be smiling a lot. He thought i was smiling at him. I actually smiled at my mechanic a lot. (he's sexy, and I like to get preferential treatment from him when I go there).

Anyway, one day they left hoses under the hood of my car unplugged after a smog check. Then when i called him to tell him, a female illegal alien answered his phone and i couldn't understand her when she spoke. She was almost incoherent, her English was awful. I decided not to go there any more, and wrotehim a letter telling him how i felt and that they'd left my car undone and then charged me too much. Then I took it to another place. Then a friend on mine in another state reported them to the INS. I do not know what happened, but he is still in business.

I talked to the mechanic (my old one) a few months later after I cooled down. We talked about everything but the real issue. (2 issues).

I guess after he read my letter he realized how mad I was, and he said "if this is a personal issue, then we need to talk about it so we can deal with it". I told him maybe we could talk about it sometime. But we have not yet. Anyway, I take my car somewhere else where there are no illegals working and the prices are better and i do not have to wait as long.:-2

I love the way you talk LC. You remind me of me. You might not be able to get rid of them..... but you could get even... Spread about 100 lbs of cow manure as close to their property line as you can get it. Like your preparing a garden. Its cheap and the aroma will make them damn miserable. Or Direct and shine an outdoor bright bright light.. that stays on ALL night right into their windows. Thats the best I can think of.

the problem is that they are illegal. I am not prejudiced. I just believe that Mexican illegal aliens should be forced to go through the proper legal channels which my grandparents were forced to go through. Why should Mexicans not have to? I don't do illegal things, why are they allowed to live here illegally. There is a reason that they are called illegal aliens!.

It doesnt matter to me what ethnic background they are... I happen to be quite fond of mexicans, and margueritas. If they are { rude, noisy, and or inconsiderate} some action has to be taken to make their behavior apparent to them. When civilized attempts are futile.....one has to get creative.

I made no assumptions, only inferences. You gave no indication of how the guy in the first story was illegal, pretty good circumstancial evidence in the second. What I saw were two individual jerks. You saw illegal alien wetbacks. Mexican wetbacks at that. If you were in Florida you would have seen Cubans; in New York, Puerto Ricans, regardless of their real nationality - or citizenship.

I'm from the Deep South. Think I don't know the routine of finding one "good one," or family in your case, and using that as evidence of not being prejudiced?

To be fair, you incorrectly inferred by my calling you prejudiced that I am not against illegal immigration. Proof lies all over this garden how I feel about criminal behavior. Based on that, it is possible that I inferred incorrectly, too. I've done that before. It's possible that you really like wetbacks, as long as they come across legally. Some of your best friends are Mexican, after all. :rolleyes:

I'm not saying you're a bad person by being prejudiced. Just face it and accept it. Change if you want to. We have at least one other Gardener I would call downright bigoted (Not Chip), but that person is quite open about it and accepts accountability it. I repect the honesty.

I find it very disturbing that you, who has an "in" with the local police, cannot get this situation resolved.

If you cannot, how can the average citizen who does not even know the procedure for handling this type of annoyance hope to handle a problem like this?

It seems all our laws just protect the wrong-doers more and more and screw with the honest lawbiding citizens. Our laws on illegals must change.

I think if you cannot show citizenship, you should be removed -- not given a year to show up in court on a complaint. This just doesn't make any sense!

we can't arrest them simply because they are illegals. we have to have probable cause or a criminal complaint. and they know it. last time i called out a cruiser i told my buddy to ask for their IDs. none of them had a valid ID. they don't drive, so we can't get them on that. they get picked up daily for labor. my only hope here is the landlord, he's going to decline to renew their lease which expires end of march. in the interim, i just endure. but i sure as hell get a cruiser out here every time..... oh, they take the supermarket shopping carts, which is grand theft. i may well get the store manager to file charges.

I was born in the USA but couldn't prove it right away. A security guard once asked my beloved if she was a citizen. When she said no, he asked for her green card. If she had said yes, that would have been the end of the converation.

We should have a national ID card.

The authorities are definitely cracking down over here. We have had 3 people at work that have had ther visa applications turned down. A brazilian lady, a Thai girl married to a Brit and a Thai girl over here on her own.

We scrutinise their paperwork when we employ them or we could be in serious trouble.

Just wanted to say, this is a very volatile subject. And I am not for illegal immigration. My Mexican roommates don't like them coming over here in droves either. It is not fair. It is illegal. And it always kind of angers and surprsises me that people do not get that. They are illegals. Sure that sounds bad, but that is what they are illegal aliens. This is the only way to describe them. They don't abide by our rules, and they make babies in order to be able to say here (too many I might add). They do not and will not learn about laws or even normal consideration for neighbors. I for one resent even having to live near them or even see them around my environment. Call me "racist" and "prejudiced" all you want, but that aint gonna change my mind or shut me up. Illegal aliens should not be here!, but they are here!. To me this is a huge problem where I live. And I am fed up with them! :-5

That's a very valid point. My mother was born in Germany. The first time she crossed into Canda she went through such a to-do, she lied thereafter and never had another problem crossing the border.

I guess I just don't understand. Being here illegally is against the law. Why can't we do something about it sooner than a year? Is it just cause it has not been made a high priority yet?

1. My point was that you assume illegal Mexican because of the accent and laziness. You may well be right often, but odds are you are often wrong as well.

2. I never used the word 'racist.' You don't deny being prejudiced. That's a start.

3. Far from shutting you up, I encouraged you to post more. I believe that expressing your opinion will help you see it and polish it into something of which you can be proud. I don't have to like it, but you should be proud of it.
