How does this work???

Hi browneyes! Yes, you've got it right, the buttons in the lower right corner of every response box are how you reply. The one that says "Quote" means you a re taking a direct quote from the person writing in that specific box. The other button with the pencil and paper and no words will activate the "quick reply" box. There's a testing forum to go in and just try stuff out, you may want to look at that as well! Everyone here will help if they can, so don't feel silly for asking! Enjoy! :yh_peace

P.S. A "poll" is just what it sounds like. A member taking a poll, or survey on a subject. You'll notice them because they have a little "graph" as an icon to the left of the thread.

Just click on reply button and write your message or the little paper and quill logo in the bottom right of a post and use the quick reply box at the bottom of the screen.

To quote someone, use the quote buttons... Just have a play around... You can always preview messages before you post them.

top blue button to the righ or bottom button to left called quote and presto new grey screen, type then scrool to bottom and press submit.

Hi BrownEyes! here's a tip, it's considered bad "netiquette" to post twice in a row. it's called double posting. So try to wait for someone to reply before you post again! Welcome to the wonderful world of forums! I am a MOD on my own boards and I love it!

We've seen lots of "double posting" here. I think this is the first time I've seen someone say it was improper Netiquette. I love the term "netiquette" though.

lol! I guess that probably applies to the huge forums like GameFAQs more than it would here. That was just a tip that someone once gave me when I was a nOOb.
