I'm going to have me a strawberry shortcake Ice cream bar.........

Shortcake Bar

Salute! A strawberry flavored center, artificially flavored strawberry ice cream and a crunchy cake like coating.

I have been hooked on these for about 3 weeks :-4

Tell me about it........I hadn't had one for maybe a year and then I had one....and then I brought a few home, my mother started eating them so now we get boxes at the market....it's been about three weeks.....she bought some today on special 2 boxes for $5.00.....it will probably end with a freezer of these things un-eaten and thrown away.:p

My husband called what you're describing "sweetie pie cake." He use to make them....thick piece of chocolate cake cut in half, place vanilla ice cream between the two pieces, drizzle hot fudge over the top and down the sides, add chopped nuts, top off with whipped cream and a cherry! :-4

My daughter just got through baking chocolate chip cookies, fresh from the oven. We munched on them while watching the Olympics.:)
