Report: N. Korea Expands Nuclear Arsenal

According to an article on Reuters, North Korea has purchased a complete, fireable nuclear weapon from either Pakistan or a former Soviet state. This follows comments by the Korean government to a recent US-led delegation to the effect that Korea possesses a "nuclear deterrent".
