My hometown Radio station BRMB has recently had a competition where the two winners get married without ever having met before. The winners were chosen by a panel and a public vote.

The prize was an expensive wedding, a luxury honeymoon, a plush flat in the centre of Birmingham rent-free for a year and a car for a year.

Over 250 people applied and it's been fairly controversial.

This isn't the first time BRMB have pulled this stunt. They did the same thing 7 years ago and that marriage lasted 3 months
