Don't imagine he does much jogging these days. Gotta feel for the guy though, it must be some sort of tumour. Makes you wonder how they let it grow that big

I would imagine it could be. I've seen some documentaries recently where tumours heavier that the patients original body weight have been removed

I think you're probably right. When it comes to something this bad though, surely money shouldn't come into it. I would imagine that some serious expertise would be required though and maybe it's just not available locally. I suppose it's possible he might have got used to it and is happy to live with it or is even afraid of the outcome of surgery. It is pitiful though isn't it?
