Yep...I'm told hot flashes are like that.

Am not there yet, so I can't relate to what you're going through.....suppose it'll be something to look forward too, down the road. :rolleyes:

Lucky for me I don't break out in sweat, but I DO get all red and embarrassing looking. I'm sure its quite attractive.:-2

Snooze! My mom has been going through the change for about seven years now and she has bad hot flashes. Last year when I was on those fertility drugs, that was one of the side effects! I got a taste of it and they're HOT! My mom welcomed me to the club even though it was only for a few months!!!!

I'm no good at advice, I really don't get them-and hope not to! I've always been curious when they should start, but think-hey, don't worry about it! Maybe I will be lucky!

I can relate to this conversation, and i sympathize with anybody experiencing these.

I find it really embarrassing when it happens if you have visitors, they all think they have said something to embarras you....:-6

I hate when I get hot flashes while I'm at work. It feels like heat coming from the inside out. I swear I wonder how steam doesn't come off my body.

I dont think she gets to pick the bear that eats her acc. Its more of a random mauling, strictly being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Although the issue gets cloudy because she knowingly is swimming and flopping to her own demise. Almost suicidal if you ask me. We should get a megaphone to rally her and some lawn chairs so we can sit on the river bank.
