(calcium is suppose to be good for this) I'm well into the journey now.....On the bright side no more monthly friend).....but I guess you still get sympathy PMS Pains.....Oh yeah oscillating fans are good too.

Snooze, Listen up sweetie you will sweat it just takes time to bring your core to a boil... What your experiencing now is just the start of things to come..!! So buckle up its a bumpy ride. I started at the age of 51 and finally at 58 it stopped and not a minute to soon, I was to the point of exhaustion..:wah: Oh the joys of womenhood .... Kinda like an outer body experience 8 or 10 times a day..

I tried a hot flash once. Can't say I recommend it. The community service wasn't so bad, but parole sucks.
