Microsoft Outlook posting problems

I have Out Look Express and I am with Tiscali and have that address on my Outlook, but when I try to send mail Outlook fails to send it for some reason (message given below)

Can anyone explain in simple terms how to correct this? Also can you put addresses's on outlook like Yahoo or hotmail as it keeps reverting back to popfreeserve.com as my default! :-5

Also says Wanadoo which I'm not with! The last owner was with wanadoo! How do I change this to my tiscali address please?

It looks like your outlook express is probably still set up with your old service.

To check or change it, click Tools then Accounts, your Tiscali service home page will have information about what properties your news server, mail server, etc. should read. Just make sure you're changing the server names, not just the account names. The account name is just for your computer's purposes.

Thanks, how do I change the server names, and what to? also how do I recognise the difference between which one's I should and shouldn't change?
