Post by nvalleyvee »

I have tried to bring posts back down to the post level.

Geez...this site has gotten so corrupted. I visit less and less.......the people who attack are just incredibly low life people. Come and get me .......you low life people need to hurt other people and we are so easy for you. NOT ANY MORE.

Yes.......BTS got banned and you have lost another voice.....how sad to lose a non-comformist.........how sad to lose someone who makes you think about your politics and personal beliefs.

BTS has always stood up for me as I did for him............we have love in our relationship, we have committment, we have a closeness that makes us great.......Do Any of you have that?

ARE YOU PEOPLE HAPPY NOW?

when a man addresses a woman here as a "ku#t" that is an affront to all women at FG. it's a filthy word. THAT'S why he's banned. it has nothing to do with politics or any other high-minded crap...'bye.

we, tombstone and i, are the head forumgardeners. you all know that. i think you all know that in the main, we do not rule either heavy-handedly, nor capriciously. by and large, we stay the hell outa things. we want people to settle their differences themselves. and if they can't settle them, then they need to either stay the hell out of each other's hair, or find another forum. and a number of people have done so, voluntarily. on the other hand, a few people have been unapologetic in having a vendetta, and even after warnings, have continued in behavior that disrupts the garden. those folks get banned. in the last few months, we've been employing the short-term ban as a means of getting the message across with force, but without finality. it has worked in several cases. it did not work in this case.

ultimately, how we run this place is *how we run this place*. if i decided i wanted to post a photo of a pink paisley pussycat into every single thread on forumgarden, and once per minute into every single thread thereafter, well, i could certainly do it. and it would be 100% within our terms and conditions. and if someone else chose to do the same thing - we could either ban them, or let them do it. we have the power to be capricious, but i believe the historical reality shows that we are not so.

so i would counsel those interested to reflect upon the historical reality, and use that as your guide as to where we draw lines, what we believe in, how we choose to wield our power, and how we choose to stay out of people's hair, up to the point that the gumwad is making it impossible for us to comb our own.

we now return you to our regularly scheduled program, "The Prisoner", already in progress.

Look, I understand. You made a bad call, based on friendship rather than fairness. You banned someone more because you disliked him than anything else. So I guess it's natural that when you get called on it you bring out the "I'm in charge here!" big stick.

Well, we are guests here at FG, and Anastrophe and Tombstone can call it as they see it-they are the head gardeners. I dislike the naming calling on anyside, and want peace to reign again in the garden. I think I speak for many who haven't been posting as much lately, because we are upset to see the constant fighting going on. (thank goodness we hide out in the arcade and RPG) Let Anastrophe and Tombstone call the shots, this is their lovely garden they are sharing with us.

That just about says it all, Chonsi, thank you. I love FG and all the people here and I know we can all disagree with others at different times, that's the way life is, but let's not let it spoil a lovely place.

You're absolutely right Chonsi, Theia.....I'm here as much as ever, but stick to frivolous threads...it's safer. Maybe 'frivolous' is the best policy anyway, but it is good to get into a more serious discussion sometimes.

Look forward to catching up with you both soon... :-4
