Towards the bottom of the page when you are writing your post, there's a button that says "manage attatchments". Clicking on that will give you the "browse" buttons you need to access your pics on your computer. In the "settings" menu, you'll see "options". There's a list of things you can turn on and off, and somewhere in there is a whole list of all the time zones. Find your time zone and choose that, but make sure you use the "save changes" button at the bottom of the page. If I have any of this wrong, someone will be along shortly to correct me! Welcome to the forum, bratgirl.

To post a picture, write a post, and then scroll down to Additional Options. You will see a box called Manage Attachments. This is where you can choose the file you wish to upload to your post. Make sure you click on Upload down in the right corner after you've chosen your file. Then just Save. Voila!
