I got a Raise

Weee Hah I had my 3 month performance review today and was expecting a $1/hour raise and instead received a $3/hour raise I was sooooo thrilled and the timing was perfect OMG I am so thrilled I am busting.

Sam Adams OMG I love that beer, we just got it here in Canada about a year ago, my first taste of it was a couple years ago in Las Vegas.

Thank you guys for the Cudos, I am sooo thrilled with my job and my progress. It has been a long 2 years to get to this point and I am proud to say I am finally self sufficient without aid of the ex (not that he is making support payments and I can't wait to see him pleading his case in front of a judge) Sure is a challenge after 17 years of marriage to go out on your own but am happy to say wahoooo I am there.

Congratulations minks, but along with the glee, comes the darker side- now you're in a "higher TAX bracket" :wah: (but it's worth it!

You are doing something right..!! EXCELLENT..!! in todays world a $3.00 an hour raise is tops.. !! You SHOULD BE SO VERY PROUD OF YOURSELF..

My first year with the state I got a 18% raze due to the fact that salaries had been frozen for years and years.

Don't know if I'll get one this year or not from my just over brok job.

We have this thing that is called peak performance and the only person who I am aware of earning it where I work may have actually been fired.
