My wife & I have never owned our own home before. We put an offer in so wish us luck please. Heres a couple of pics. The last one is a room at the end of the hall and its going to be "Nomads Theatre" Im going to subwoof the sh*t out of this place ! :-6

Were both pretty excited.

Thanks guys, not sure how long all this stuff takes.

I woke up this morning and walked outside and got a sinking feeling. This is going to be bittersweet, neither of us like apt. living but the view we have now is....I dont have the words. This lake is part of us. I feel like Im on vacation when Im home.

Ouch.

Don't worry Nomad-I just finished refinancing my home and was clueless about most of it-but I caught on to the equity about it at the end and saved some moola on the deal.

Gosh, I hate having to do those chores now, but it taught me how to do it myself.
