Well the visit went well...

Blain (Cait's father) showed last night...actually 20 min. early (but only stayed till 6:45...but still a full visit). He actually did NOT bring his girlfriend...but was told that was because she had a previous engagement (not that I was dissapointed). I showed him how to change a diaper (how to make sure its not too tight...wipe her off good)...which was all new to him...the only thing that frightens me is that I had to stress the importance of supporting her little head...he didn't seem to acknowledge how tiny and fragile Cait is...until I emphasized that to him. All in all, it went well...but I don't want to jump to any conclusions here as it was only his first visit...his scheduled "parent time" (as its referred to by the court is as follows:

F 5-7

Sun. 9-11

Maybe his girlfriend (who yesterday he informed me they have slept together...I was like "um, I really didn't care to know that"

will have these previous engagements often...I'm hopeful at least. But then I think of how totally horrible I am to sound so bitter...I just want the best of both worlds for Cait...I want my daughter to have everything. Thought I would let you know that it went well...hopefully I won't be proven otherwise.
