Having trouble connecting here.

I am having trouble connecting here. When I log in, the ForumGarden home page continiously goes to the failed to connect page. I then try and refresh it and I see the Home page breifly, however it keeps dissapearing. The only way I am able to get in, is if I am fast enough to hit a link on the home page, or if I try and post with out logging in first, it takes me to the member log in area and then to the post. Was just wondering what this is all about.
