It's 7 a.m. in the morning here in England, and I'm a newcomer wandering the forums. Every one that I go to say that there is one member viewing - and that must be me! Am I all alone on this planet. or is everyone else in bed! I'm really worried I'm the only human left - please convince me otherwise.

What a friendly lot you all are! I can see I shall be in more trouble with Betty (wife) about computer use now that I have joined Forum Garden. I'm accused of too much "screen time" already.

I am still finding my way around, and am not sure if I get things right. Presume I am doing this correctly by using reply button, but what is "quote"? Yes, I know - I'm stupid; and I don't want too many replies about that!

Hello Melton, welcome to FG. THe quote button does exactly what I have done here with your post. It's really designed to respond to a specific post, rather than in general. Hope that helps!!
