Not sure what time it is over there, but make your next meal as greasy and or spicy as can be. That has always helped me get over a hangover.

Also your neighbor might have a hangover too. Hard sweaty work makes you feel better too.

If I overindulge I take alka-seltzer before bed (liver salts in your part of the world) or in the morning!

But I find that lots of caffiene and hot, greasy food always helps the best!

Hair of the dog is the only thing that really works at this point in the hangover.

Dark room, no noise, water tons of water, food and don't move your head period should help...!!

Six, woooo not fun been there done that don't care to do a repeat performance...:p As you get older, and I know old it becomes harder and harder to drink yourself down for the count if you know what I mean. The body just won't take it anymore and what it does to your body can't be undone..!!
