My Granny. She was a tough as nails broad, and the best friend I ever had. Wise, fearsome, the matriarch of our family. She had this look she would give me or my sister or cousins when we screwed up. It was simply a dead-pan, eyebrow-lifted glare, that would make the bravest sould tremble in their shoes. I loved her dearly, and this world is a lesser place without her.
[FONT=Arial Black]I hope you cherish this sweet way of life, and I hope you know that it comes with a price.

My sister - she's so wise and level headed.

My mum - she's just awesome in every way.

Nicole Kidman - anyoen who can put up with Tom Cruise for 11 years deserves massive admiration. :wah:

Shirley...... god I've forgotten her name and I love her. :wah: Red head, older lady, actress, very very funny. Think postcards from the edge, In Her Shoes and a bunch of others.

Me.

Susan Sarandon. Amazing actress, and general cause/human rights champion.

My friend Catbird aka squirrell..... She invited me to live with her, in her adorable cottage on St. Simons Island. She boosts my ego every day.. she took care of me when I was sick. She supports me in every thing I do. She came after me when my feelings were hurt, and saved our most valuable friendship. She shares everything with me. She sqeezes my feet with her little squirrell hands ( if I make her dinner) She sincerely loves my children. She is a " Steele Magnolia" Tough as nails business woman with a heart of gold. I love her. She is my perfect mate... but alas, she has the wrong body parts. She is my, and I am her, ace in the back pocket for old age...if we do not find the " Men of our dreams....

Happy Birthday Squirrell.... I wish you were going to see England with me, and meet my new wonderful friends. I love you because you are happy for me that i am going. We WILL go back together, one day... and share it together :-4 :-4 Love Laura aka/ Turtle
