Snooze, if you should wonder, at some future ForumGarden meet, why I suddenly shake you upside down by the ankles, feel free to ask me. The words "wedding photos" will then be whispered.

I got this in an email a while back and a friend of mine just got engaged. She was telling me about her colors and her dress and I sent her these in an email and told her she would really want this "look"!

She almost killed me!

SnoozeControl wrote: Yeah, there were more, but I didn't have the heart to post the bridal party. Can you imagine getting stuck wearing one of those bright red dresses?:wah:

I figure they must've gotten married on Valentine's Day, that's the only explanation for that color scheme.

I didnt see the bridesmaid dresses!!! I just saw the ones posted here!!! Can you send them to me?

If these people didn't exist who would we compare ourselves to? It's easy to find a way to feel good isn't it?

Why oh why, oh WHY can't people just take a joke as a joke. It was funny, lots of people will get a laugh out of it, I sure did! If someone can't see the humor in those pictures, well, they just don't have a very broad sense of humor.

Funny stuff, Snooze, I got a good belly laugh out of those! :yh_rotfl

For YOUR liking. It's subjective, I thought it was funny, and for people to make snarky comments is, well, it's unneccessary. If you don't like it, don't look at it, don't respond to it. If you find it out-and-out offensive, ignore it. We don't need to have people "correcting" others for anything they post in a light-hearted manner. You don't like certain jokes or photos? Ignore them, don't open them. It's really simple. Don't be judgemental. (Not saying that you were being so, Six.)

To those who seemed concerned: Au contraire...I find a lot of humour in this thread.

(please note my use of the word we in previous post...oh, if I had a dime for every time I've been told morals are a bad thing)

There are lots of posts that I glance at and then move on...they are not to my taste or maybe too intellectual...lots of reasons. I have reported maybe one racist post weeks ago but on the whole it's live and let live as far as I'm concerned.

Personal attacks 'in public' are not acceptable in my book but on the whole I agree with BR.
