I got slapped good and hard for doing this to my parents when I was a kid!

They smoked like chimneys and I could barely breathe when I was in the car with them. I thought it might get the message across. Unfortunately it wasn't a good idea as it backfired totally!

A bald answer of "no" doesn't quite cut this - let me expand. The answer to each of the questions is "no", with the further detail that I've never heard of Johnson & Smith, Green Salve, the Saturday Evening Post, Gang Busters, The Shadow, I Love a Mystery or Sorry.
