:wah: Thanks everyone for the warm welcome, I'm sorry that my first posting was so short and sweet.

I hope to be more long winded in future!

Just for the record, I am a complete chocoholic, life is not complete unless you can eat chocolate every day ( and more than once a day, if possible!)

I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to computers and forums so you will have to bear with me at first, have patience and don't be surprised if I have to ask silly questions will you?

Here's the first - how do I show one of those phrases that I've noticed at the bottom of some of your postings, do I have to type it in every time or is there some way that I can set it up automatically?
