hMM.
I was born in Andrew's Air Force Base Hospital in Prince George County, Maryland. My little brother was born at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. After Hawaii, my family settled in Michigan.
When I was 18, I joined the Air Force and my first duty station was Hill AFB, Utah. I got married there and got out of the service so that I could join my husband at Anderson AFB on Guam. Both of my girls were born there.
From Guam, we went to Germany, then Maine and then our last base in Idaho.
A coiuple of years ago there was some talk of my husband going active duty Army, which would have put us at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
For now, we live in Michigan. I would really like to move to Kentucky though.

Divorce is supposed to be so bad, but if my parents had not got a divorce when I was 11 years old, I might still be living in Paterson or Newark New Jersey. I missed being born in Brooklyn by three weeks. It was on to Littleton, Colorado for a couple of years and then San Franciscio, California. Noth Jersey is not where I would want to live.

Hmmm...... I was born in Hampshire, UK.
Moved to work in San Francisco, then back to London, then New York, then London, then Paris, France, then London.......and finally moved back home to Hampshire and live about 10 miles from where I was born!
I wonder if most people generally end up moving 'home' eventually?

Born in Royal Oak, (a suburb of Detroit) and have lived in the area my whole life, unfortunately. I am beginning to truly despise this state. At the earliest possible second, Bullet and I are moving south, taking any of the kids who choose to go with us. I can not wait for that day.
[FONT=Arial Black]I hope you cherish this sweet way of life, and I hope you know that it comes with a price.

Bullet's trial was a farce. Can I get an AMEN?????

Born near Villa Park in Birmingham, England. Now live in Tamworth which is about 16 miles Northeast out of the city. Have lived in a lot of places and bought several houses, but I've always remained within that radius

Must have a good argument as one of the best cities - very impressed when I visited a few years back.
For me, Born in the Welsh valleys, moved to Lancashire, Leicestershire, Hertfordshire and now back in Leicestershire.
The MIL still lives in the house where she married - right round the corner from the house where she was born - in a village of < 100 houses. I think that 2 of her 90 years were spent out of the village.

Do you live where you were born?
Well I was born in a little town about half an hour from where I live now. I did live in a few places when I was young, but all within the Midlands, and moved here when I was about 5, and have been here ever since!!
Funny enough, we passed by our old house not long ago, and although I don't truly remember it, there was something about it, that made me think that I had lived there before.

Oh are you a keen traveller then, me too. I have always wanted to live in a variety of new places, and see as many of the world's beautiful sights as I can. What kind of places are you hoping to visit??

I am about 35 miles east of my home town. Have made several moves within Rochester, but have never lived anywhere but here, and my home town.
