Also- GOD BLESS TEXAS!!!!

Here Jaydee, one of my favorite songs! (I saw them in concert a million years ago!)
Artist/Band: Little Texas
Lyrics for Song: God Blessed Texas
Lyrics for Album: Big Time
(Porter Howell/Brady Seals)
I've seen a lot of places
I've been around the world
I've seen some pretty faces
Been with some beautiful girls
But after all I've witnessed one thing still amazes me
Just like a miracle you have to see to believe
'Cause God blessed Texas with His own hand
Brought down angels from the promised land
Gave 'em a place where they could dance
If you wanna see heaven brother here's your chance
I've been sent to spread the message
God blessed Texas
First He lit sunshine
Then He made the waters deep
Then He gave us moonlight
For all the world to see
Well everybody knows that the Lord works in mysterious ways
He took a rest then on the very next day
God blessed Texas with His own hand
Brought down angels from the promised land
Gave 'em a place where they could dance
If you wanna see heaven brother here's your chance
I've been sent to spread the message
God blessed Texas
God blessed Texas with His own hand
Brought down angels from the promised land
Gave 'em a place where they could dance
If you wanna see heaven brother here's your chance
Well I've been sent to spread the message
God blessed Texas
Well I've been sent to spread the message
God blessed Texas
Well I've been sent to spread the message
Mmm...God blessed Texas

Jaydee!!!
Love to know where you folks are in Texas. Lived there for around two years.
Favourite bits- well some of them, because there is so much, and I type slowly
Sleeping in a Jeep, in the Davis Mountains under a million stars.
Traversing the Hill Country, and listening to Country on the radio- never liked it before.
Staying in Big Bend, and looking miles into Mexico.
Going into the Chihuahua desert when the flowers are in bloom, and just SMELLING it!
Bluebonnets and all the other native flowers.
San Jacinto Monument.
Chicken fried steak!
Driving across the Edwards Plateau and safely leaving the cruise control on for 230miles.
Visiting Marfa for the 50th Annivesary showing of 'Giant'
Gulf Shrimp
Houston Astros!!!!! Go 'Stros!

Two reasons why we moved back. Work, and Daughter's education. Miss the place so much.

Done all of these except:
Visiting Marfa for the 50th Annivesary showing of 'Giant'
Still have the Jeep and drive it daily. My favorite stop in West Texas is Lajitas.
