Things that you do that annoy your significant other

Post by LottomagicZ4941 »

My wife turend me on to Cherry Peppers.

And it totally annoys her when I pick out the seeds when the rest of the jar is empty.

Doing that now while she is at work.

So what little things do you do that totally annoy your spouce or significant other?

Yeah right, Minks. Like we all believe that.

I use her dish towell as a hand towell. It drives her beserk for some reason I don't understand.

As for me, She seems unable to change a toilet paper roll and I get ambushed continually by her. :wah:

I annoy Ian by..

smoking..

chatting while he's watching the news..

buying even more shoes..

spending ages cooking a meal & still managing to ruin it!..

hugging the dog when she's been naughty..

using his razor on my legs..

and not answering the phone on the 1st ring. :(

I can explain this one for you, Jives, since I am the same way! Drying dishes with the same towel you dry your hands with is unsanitary. I know, I know, "But, my hands are clean!!" Doesn't matter...If you were eating in a restaurant and saw someone with their hands all over the plate or fork you were about to eat from, it would gross you out, right? So, that's a thing Matt does that bugs me.

Oh. We're supposed to say what WE do that bugs THEM, right? Hmmm...Nothing, I'm perfect. :yh_eyebro

Yeah RIGHT! My sarcasm drives him INSANE. If I bring home food left over from a dinner out, and then toss it out later, it drives him crazy. (He hates waste.) If I don't replace the toilet paper roll AND keep the cabinet stocked with extra rolls, he gets annoyed.

Oh yeah, and he hates my cat.

My second proof on the toilet paper being a gender trait! :-5

P.S Babyrider, matches do cause fires, especially when you light them and apply them to objects that burn easily!

UGH! I know! I know! I truly know! I was just trying to reiterate and support your statement in a differnt and humorous way, but have miserably failed. :(

as goofy as anyone would be in believing the analogy you presented is just as goofy as my response was .... suppose to be ... or understood to be.

Anastrophe must be correct. My humor is too dry and uneffective. Sorry. :yh_sick

Saintsman, I thought it was funny...but then I'm running on exhaustion and I think everything is funny right now - especially when my boss hands me deadlines.

(((((((((( Baby R )))))))))) I just feel like hugging you for no good reason. :)

I'm perfect, too. I cannot annoy my SO, no matter how hard I try. (Of course, that's because I don't have an SO, LOL.)

I used to annoy my exH by washing dishes too fast. Figure that one out, and I'll send you a prize. I never did get it.

LOL Are you like me and doing the dishes before he is done eating? I think the thing about me that annoys my husband most is that I don't hold back on what I think or feel. While this annoys him, if he can't get results, he looks and me and says "Get 'em". :)

lol. Yeah... my wife gets peeved at me when she's washing the dishes. That actually might be because I take three hours to finish dinner.

(Hey! She's a great cook! I'm savoring, OK?) :wah:

We're both pretty easy-going but if I had to try and think what annoys him

about me, it would probably be things like eating my main meal too early

in the day, "nagging" him to pick things up and put them away (he's a slob

and I'm I guess a neat-nick) and worrying about things too much. We don't

have all that much in common, really, but we love each other so much it

works!!
