Saw these signs posted in a deli

We spent the day at a conference in Buffalo, NY yesterday. Went for lunch at a deli across the street. Saw these two signs posted. The first I had heard before, the second was new to me:

Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on ours.

If you are rude, mean or abusive to our staff or other customers, we reserve the right to charge you an extra $10 just for having to deal with you.

Sign in the Houston, TX Chili's parking lot:

Parking for Chili's cistomers only

All others willl be towed, smashed and sold for scrap metal

There is a great sign on the door of a bulk food shop we patronise. It's about opening hours. I'll have to get a copy of it.
