Yes I hate it, I can't even believe a **** like that was ever created and kept on going for so long... one of the stupidiest program ever... and its popularity, I think, says a lot about people living in today society...

Never watched it, sorry but never interested me. I haven't even watched Real World on Mtv since Seattle. I guess I just grew out of it all. Watching folks scream cuss words at each other just doesn't interest me, well at least not on tv. :D

I will have to admit I watched American Idol, Big Brother and Survivor during thier first seasons..out of curiosity. But now it has reached a point of enough already.:-5 Seems like wherever you turn there is yet another reality show. I am like most of you, I have enough reality in my life, I do not care to watch someone elses' reality on television.

Oh.

I thought we were talking about big big brother. Like placing high intensity microphones in high crime ares, or cameras on all the corners downtown. Or maybe getting speeding tickets or running red light tickets by mail because the eye in the sky caught you. Or perhaps stripping away our rights by letting the CIA eavesdrop on you.

I thought you meant that big brother.

That's what I thought, too. And yes, I hate them as well.

Absolutely hate it, won't watch it and can't see the entertainment value at all.

A bunch of dysfunctional individuals stuck in a room together.....teenagers copy them ...no wonder the world's gone mad.

I could list loads of those fly on the wall programmes i dislike...but I've got better things to do with my time....TV today is the 'pits' and I'd much rather spend my time here with you lovely folks. RANT OVER....:wah:

Clancy wrote: The initial shows had a few characters who were naturally humorous, or a bit interesting. But it's devolved into showing total fruit cakes, and the worst excess's (?) In behaviour.

They all know the game now. Get on tv, cry, sing, bitch, or camp it up like there's no tomorrow....and all are intent in getting their fifteen mimutes of fame.

Probably the worst thing you could do to these types of ego maniacs, would be NOT to film them, and have no audiance, or anyone there when they waltz & sashay, back out again. The look on their faces on their exit would be something I'd tune in to watch.

There is one reality programme that I watch, it's this one.....

I agree...I like a show where people have to ACHIEVE something, demonstrate a talent of some kind.

I know this is nothing to do with Big Brother type shows.....but my most memorable was Darren Gough on 'Strictly Come Dancing'...great big hulking sportsman transformed into a graceful dancer....and he's such a 'cutie' ;)
