In october last year i was in hospital and i stood on a needle i had to have blood tests done and had the hepititus vaccination. I went to get my results back and i have just been told i have hep b, i dont know what to do i made an official complaint to the hospital and they were not very helpful. I have a cousin who is living with hep c keyword living twenty years now. See a lawyer and a good doctor and hang in there

The hospital wont be very helpful as they wont want to admit liability, you need to see a solicitor asap & as LC advises keep all paperwork, records of treatment etc. Sounds like you have a good case to sue the authority, make an appointment with a solicitor i think you'll find you get free advice, good luck Angel x

Solicitor immediately. Keep all paperwork. The only thing that the hospital will do is try to hide their negligence and wait for time to go bye so that the witnesses are gone. He who hesitates...
