I think I'll stay away from your exercises classes then. Wasn't it a bit cold ?and you didn't say what you were wearing:-3

We were all wearing bathers and we were in the quite warm hospital hydrotherapy pool for gentle water exercises. These exercises have been a great help for me.

Sweet and Lovely was there too!
