Found a new juice drink I LOVE

You know I have mentioned now and again here I am looking for a diet/healthy eating plan to help me loose weight. A big issue for me was to find a drink I liked to replace the sugar ladden soda pop. I have been drinking alot of water, but sometimes you just gotta have some flavor. Know what I mean?

A Few weeks back I found a juice drink called FUZE. It is in 16 oz bottles, over in the soda pop aisle, near the Snapple and stuff. Some Great flavors. But the three I have found I really like are strawberry/melon, tropical fruit punch and tangerine/grapefruit. All have 5 calories a serving, no fat, a batch of vitamins and minerals..and suposidly you will gain some energy too. It is supposed to "help promote weight loss due to some of the stuff in it..but you know, even if it dosen't, it tastes great, and I am sure it is much better for me than the sugary drinks.

And that is all I have to say about that.

I'll have to look and see if we have them in our area. I need to stop drinking so much coke too.

They have a website www.drinkfuze.com it may tell you where you can get it in your area. I think it is a national drink, though, so you should not have a problem.

there aren't a whole lot of things in this world that i consider the pure embodiment of evil, but sugar/fructose-laden sodapop is one of them.

Definatly. Which is why I am glad I have found a healthier substitute. And as most of the flavors have no added sugars, Rick can drink them too.

I'd have to agree that Snooze is one of our best attractions. Funny how we butted heads at first and are friends now....maybe it's because we're kind of alike. Only I don't have as dirty a mind. :yh_rotfl :p

I've been using "Joint Juice" as a pop replacement. It still has sugar but less phosporus and cafeene. Got the gloscosomine or what ever it is that is supposed to be good for joints. Love the tangerane(sp?) flavor but can't find it now.

I have seen that stuff, Lotto. Do you think it works? I take a glucosamine/MSM supplement, and it seems to help some.

Gave up pop one year for Lent. And I felt better.

It is certainly better for us then the soda pop.

Although I do take vitamine suppies my understanding is that water is the larges deffiency in America just because we are to busy or lazy to stay properly hydrated.

Sometimes I think suppies are a waist of money but try not to be skeptical and get a good plecabo(sp?) effect going:)
