BR, I would crack a bottle with you if I thought it was the right thing to do sweetie, but its not please don't start drinking now you will be so darn sick you won't know what hit you.:-1 Your on medication that will react big time with booze and it won't be pretty.. I will have to agree with everyone whole-heartedly.

Drinking may seem an immediate solution, but it is only temporary, and it will not change any of the outcomes. So you feel good for a while, and you forget for a while, but then guess what...then you are sober and the problems are still there!!!

Rely on your friends and the people who care about you to provide support.

NO, I will NOT be doing this again. I forgot what hangovers feel like. I had a moment of weakness in the darkest part of my life, and I regret it. This is a mistake I will not be making again.

I so totally regret doing that. After 17 months, to cave like that. I despise weakness, and you can bet....I'm not going to tell Matt what I did. The last thing he needs is to freak out that I'm going back on the bottle.

I still felt like dog-crap the next day, though. Both physically, and mentally. I kicked myself around long and hard enough I think. Back on track now.

This might sound girly and silly, but hey, when you come in from your ride, what about a long luxurious soak in a bubble bath, a good chinese takeaway dinner and then a long sleep.

The older I get, BR, the more tolerant I am of 'weakness'. Notice I didn't say accepting, but rather tolerance.

The world is not black and white and you are in the midst of a great big gray area right now. You are only human(hard to believe:) ) and you are searching for a way out of this madness to find the right solution.

So . . . you found out drinking is not the answer.

But, you had to find this out for yourself.

And you are all the stronger for it:)
