I worked with Tippi on the movie Roar. She was very, very good to
the staff. WHEN I win the Lotto, she and her Roar foundation are
getting a big donation!

Tippi saves tigers
Has anyone ever seen her "tigon" that lives on her compund? Or perhaps "lived," I'm not sure if he's still alive. I'll see if I can find a photo. This cat is a FREAK. Monstrously huge, and even though he's male, he has no mane. He was castrated before he reached puberty, so he never grew a mane, but he's the biggest cat you'll ever see.
Lemme go see if I can find a pic....

That is so interesting! What a noble organization!
Jackson should have thought ahead about getting exotic animals-a pet is a pet, you should be prepared to keep them for life. At least he choose an organization to take over his responsibilities.

A pet is a pet is right, but I am of the belief that no one, and I mean NO ONE should keep exotics like this as "pets." People think it's cool to own a tiger or lion, or those hybrid wolves, and what they fail, every time, to realize is, this is a wild animal and no amount of domestication will take away their instincts. Their wild, prey drive instincts. To own these animals is criminal, in my opinion. I think Roy, of Siegfried and Roy has proven that beyond a doubt.
Anyhoo...a picture of a liger:
Also, click on the link here, and look at the image in the second row down, 3rd picture from the left. That one is even bigger. (You need to view the page full-screen, it's the pic of the liger standing on it's hind legs with a person "hugging" him around the middle.)

Tippi saves tigers
Oh my gosh, what a gigantic cat!
Tippi saves tigers
In Roar, Noel (Tippi's then husband) talks about tigons and ligers.
I got an invite to go down to see/stay at Shambala, but my then guy
wouldn't let me go. (Tippi and I have BOTH gotten rid of those guys!
)
One time I made venison chili to take to work for everybody, Noel wouldn't
eat it, he said when he sweated and the smell of that came through his
pores it could be dangerous!!
Both he and Tippi said that sometimes they could go and spend hours
with the big cats, and then some days they would go and... nuh-uh.
They turned around and went home, because the "mood" I guess was
so weird. There was also some jealousy between the young males
and Noel over Tippi!! That's what he said, anyway, and I believe it.
