Stopping smoking,anyone want to join me ?

Not had a fag today,went to see my brother in law last night who is dying from lung and liver cancer,I could only pop my head round the bedroom door,he was asleep but even so he was gasping for breath,that has really made me want to kick the habit,anyone fancy joining me??
